Rougemont Dr Project – Pickering
This project was a pre-sale renovation for one of our returning clients, focused on updating the kitchen, wall unit, and vanities to increase the home’s market appeal. The original layout was unconventional, but we reworked it to create a more functional and visually balanced flow.
Inspired by a previous Meysa Studio project, the client requested a modern kitchen with a framed cabinetry detail and a seating area built into the island. We tailored the design to reflect his preferences while enhancing the overall space with clean lines and cohesive finishes—giving the home a polished and inviting feel for potential buyers
