The Grangemille Crescent Project is a 5,000+ sq ft full-house design in one of Toronto’s most prestigious neighborhoods—Banbury. Designed for a client who is both a builder and a real estate agent, the vision was clear: create a contemporary yet warm home with broad market appeal. We worked across every space—kitchen, pantry, family room wall unit, all bathrooms, primary ensuite, and a stunning basement winery. Natural materials like white oak cabinetry, warm finishes, and a custom sculptural hood brought cohesion and quiet elegance throughout. Though built for resale, the home feels personal and inviting. A timeless foundation for future owners—neutral yet character-rich, sophisticated yet flexible—ready to be styled into any direction they choose.
