This project was a collaboration with a builder preparing the home for a quick sale. We were brought in to design all the custom millwork across the main floor, including the kitchen, wall unit, and bar. While our studio typically favors timeless, enduring design, the client had a specific request for sleek black fluted paneling—a bold, on-trend choice aimed at attracting buyers. We delivered a clean, modern look that balanced market appeal with refined execution and functionality.
