The Yorkview Dr Project in Etobicoke was a new-build home designed for a young family with two daughters, blending contemporary elegance with functional warmth. The clients came to us with a clear vision—they wanted a design nearly identical to one we had created for one of their friends. We honored that request, carefully adapting their floor plan to reflect the aesthetic they admired. Our scope included the kitchen, family room, powder room, secondary kitchen in the basement, primary bedroom, and walk-in closet. While the style remained contemporary, we refined every detail to suit their unique space and lifestyle.
